U.N. Undersecretary General for Political Affairs Jeffrey Feltman will travel to North Korea's capital Pyongyang from Tuesday to discuss "issues of mutual interest and concern", a U.N. The UN said that Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs Jeffrey Feltman is expected to visit Pyongyang from December 5 to 8. Feltman's visit will come a week after North Korea test-fired a new intercontinental ballistic missile apparently capable of striking the entire USA mainland.
