The NBA player posted on Instagram Sunday for the first time since becoming embroiled in scandal over his relationship with reality TV star Khloé Kardashian.

Tristan Thompson has kept quiet in the face of the 'cheating' allegations that surfaced just days before he welcomed his daughter with girlfriend Khloé Kardashian.

While some fans didn't mind Thompson simply remaining focused on the game, others weren't too impressed with his post. So it seems like Khloe is living by herself with the baby at the moment and she's not back together with Tristan. "GREAT WIN #OnToTheNextOne", Tristan captioned a photo of himself on the court at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

It was a bounce-back performance from Thompson, in particular, considering he played just 23 total minutes in the first six games against Indiana.

A third one commented, "Try winning at home".

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has made a decision to take the high road though and won't be bad mouthing the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player too much, for the sake of her 15-day-old niece.

Kim pauses and says, "I dont even know how to describe it besides its just so f*cked up". "We really were rooting for Khloe, and we still are - you know, she's so strong and she's doing the best that she can".

"Khloe is still heartbroken and sad over everything that has gone down between her and the father of her child". All anyone wants is for Khloe to be happy and well, especially as she embarks on this next chapter of motherhood.

Ellen then asks if Khole's still in Cleveland to which Kim responds "She's still there, and she wanted to have some alone time with the baby".
