Manchester City could be confirmed as Premier League champions without playing on Sunday, but only if rivals Manchester United suffer a shock defeat at home to bottom club West Bromwich Albion.

Meanwhile, United manager Jose Mourinho makes two changes to the team that beat Manchester City in the last game, with Eric Bailly replaced by Victor Lindelof and Juan Mata coming in for Jesse Lingard.
