Baltimore health department Commissioner Leana Wen issued a "Code Blue" advisory from Saturday night through Monday morning. Wind chill values as low as 34 early. Wind: N 10-15. High: 22.

Thu: High: 40 Low: 18 Partly cloudy and breezy. Northwest wind 5 to 15 miles per hour.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 25 and a low of 14. Northeast wind 5 to 13 miles per hour.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 32. Northeast wind 3 to 8 miles per hour.

Today: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. South wind 5 to 10 miles per hour. The winds will still be breezy in the afternoon, but the temperatures will not rebound. North wind around 10 miles per hour.
