A man rammed an armored personnel carrier into a shop window before climbing through the rubble to steal a bottle of wine in a town in northern Russian Federation on Wednesday morning, according to local media and video posted on social media. Witnesses describe the man as being drunk, to no one's surprise. Apatity is a small town in northern Russian Federation near the Arctic Circle.
The man had stolen the vehicle from a nearby base of a state paramilitary organization, the Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation and Navy, FlashNord reported. Regional news agency FlashNord reported that the man was having trouble operating the vehicle and had crashed into a Daewoo auto before ramming into the shop front.
The armoured vehicle - known in the West as an M-1970 - was left in front of the shop.More news: Canada Goes Toe-to-Toe With US Trade Policy

He also crushed a Daewoo vehicle parked nearby, images showed.
After crashing said tank into a Daewoo Lanos (seriously you can't make this stuff up), he has then deliberately driven the armoured vehicle into the side of a local supermarket, where he ventured inside to grab a bottle of wine. Well call me old fashioned, but when someone drives into a store to steal a bottle of wine, I don't think the shop owner was selling the person any wine.
