Two NBA games will be played in Mexico City this season by the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday and Saturday. Westbrook finished with 30 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds in a 124-105 home win November 18, 2016, and 25 points 19 assists and 12 boards in a 122-104 victory at Brooklyn on March 14.

Joel Embiid had 33 points to lead the 76ers, who dropped their second straight and their third in four games.

The Thunder (11-13) had won three in a row.

Westbrook is averaging 27.4 points, 11.4 rebounds and 10.5 assists in the last eight games, though Oklahoma City is just 4-4 in those contests.

The Thunder also played short-handed as Paul George sat with a calf injury and Jerami Grant sat with a hip injury.

"I thought the biggest challenge was, if you look at our possessions, they were really, really good when we got downhill (with dribble penetration)", Thunder coach Billy Donovan said.

"We have a preference for coming to Mexico City", Silver said, "because as we look down the road, frankly to see whether there would be an opportunity to even dream about putting an National Basketball Association franchise here in Mexico City, we believe it makes sense as a first step to have a development league team here and to work out some of the issues to better understand what it would mean to have a team in Mexico".

LeVert gained possession, and he converted four free throws in the final 18 seconds.

Ingram led the Lakers with 21 points.

The Thunder held a 16-point advantage late in the first quarter, but the Nets gradually came back. But Crabbe, Hollis-Jefferson and Spencer Dinwiddie each made a 3-pointer to help Brooklyn grab a 93-85 advantage with 5:38 left. They visit Toronto on December 15.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio recently joked at a town hall meeting that the Nets' move from New Jersey to Brooklyn hasn't panned out very well.

"I feel that every game we are getting more comfortable within the roster", Atkinson said. We knew it was going to take a little time.

The Brooklyn Nets arrive to Mexico City following a 110-90 away win against the Atlanta Hawks.
