The 67-year-old's final will and testament has since been obtained by TheBlast.com, and although he acknowledges fathering two children, he makes it clear any mentions of his "child or children" are exclusively in reference to his 26-year-old son Beau, from his third marriage to Sue Shifrin, and not Arrow star Katie Cassidy.

David passed away from acute liver and kidney failure on 21 November.

"(A) ny references to his "child or children" are only to Beau and not to Katie.

"It is my specific intent not to provide any benefits to Katherine Evelyn Cassidy and/or any descendant of Katherine Evelyn Cassidy", the will states, according to the site. Cassidy's three half-siblings will get anything that is deemed to be "music memorabilia".

There's no public signs that the younger Cassidy plans on contesting the will, and she didn't immediately respond to a Law&Crime request for comment.

David Cassidy ended his life proud of daughter Katie Cassidy. Despite the distance between them, the "Flash" star recently revealed her father's last words will inspire her throughout the rest of her life. Her mother raised her. "'It's hard for me to even accept how old she is now, like 30". For example, he reached out to her for help (and promoted her then-show Gossip Girl) when he was on the Celebrity Apprentice in 2011.

Despite their ups and downs, the actress reportedly rushed to his bedside following his hospitalization and later paid tribute to her father in a moving tweet. She said: "Words cant express the solace our family's received from all the love & support during this trying time". She says her father's last words were "so much wasted time" and that she will use those words as "a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute".

It is important to point out that the will was filed in 2004 and David shared a tumultuous relationship with Katie, an actress best known for her portrayal of Laurel Lance, the alter ego of Black Canary on The CW's Arrow.
